Real-time communication services are moving to IP-based networks, the Internet. Driven by several user and technology trends, performance reliability for real-time communication services, such as voice, can, however, become a casualty. In this Webinar, I will also state my recommendations for ensuring performance reliability for real-time communication services. For attendees of this Webinar, an article in which I delve deeper into these recommendations will be made available.
